Wiring Harness on my JDM B16a Gen2 OBD1? Which one?
OK i've searched for this, but didn't get a clear picture of what i'll need.
I've heard i can use my stock D16z6 wiring harness and wire it up to the knock sensors, ECU, etc. Also heard there is no such thing as USDM B16a2 with a OBD1 harness.
It's going into my 93 civic ex 4dr w/ d16z6. swapping in jdm b16a gen2.
I'm not good with these electronic parts. Any ideas on which wiring harness i'll need?

Will I need to custom cut and wire some stuff? If then, what exactly?

Yes. You will use the stock Z6 harness, and run these 6 wires

Us the stock harness form the d16z6. You don't have to cut or extend any wires. all you have to do is cut the electrical tape on wire harness cover and pull the wires to where you need them to go. Then retape the harness. Then the only wire that you have to run is the knock sensor wire. Its that simply and yes it works i did it when i did my b16 in to my eg civic
If you have the D16z6 harness you don't need to check or run any new wires there all in the right place. Besides the knock sensor wire!!
