Wiring gurus: Injector wiring on chasis harness
Ok, I believe I have some faulty wiring somewhere in my cars harness. It could be in the engine harness, but I really think it's in the chasis harness.
I want to test the wiring to figure out which wires are bad. I have pretty decent knowledge when it comes to wiring, I'm just not sure on the way in which the ECU sends voltages or resistance to the injector. When I hook up the multimeter to the injector harness, the helms said that it should read 10-13ohms. That only tests the wiring inside of the injector.
What kind of voltage should I be getting at the injector when the car is cranked? Should it be small pulses of a certain voltage? Or is it resistance dependant? I really have no clue on how to test this, and I really don't feel like just replacing every wire I see.
Any help or input what so ever is appreciated.
