Hey all, i'm wiring up a Auto Meter aftermarket tachometer to my 94 Civic CX with B18C5 (ITR) swap with chipped P28 ECU. The auto meter tach requires that i run one wire to the ignition wire that goes into the ECU, however i'm having trouble identifying which wire it is.

Can anyone please tell me what color/markings the ignition wire to the ECU has? That is all.

red wire-Cigerate lighter red wire
Black wire-Cigereate lighter Black wire
White Wire- Ashtray light Red wire
Green Wire to Distributer wire (Mine was yellow on D16z6)
and if you have a brown and orange wire then cut them, they should be looped.

Ok, weve run the power and ground wires, now all that is left is the wire in the back of the Tachometer that needs to run to the distributor or ECU.

Can anyone please tell me which wire on the distributor harness of a ITR distributor i can hook the tachometer up to? TIA

the wire that goes to the distributor.. goes to the blue wire of teh distributor... thats how i wired it in my car... cx with h22.. but i dunno about the ITR.. ill take a look at my friends car and see if its the same....

you were right. it was the blue wire coming from the distributor(tach signal)
