That's the harness by the battery/TB. If that's attached to your chassis, then it plugs into your engine's wiring harness. Vice versa if opposite.

Can you take some more pics of the plugs, specifically showing the color of the wires? Also, what year engine and what harness are you using?

Edit : Do you happen to have a VX?

Passenger's side shock tower plugs. This is where the engine harness plugs into the chassis harness. The only one that I can tell for sure that isn't plugged in is for either the purge solenoid or IAB solenoid IIRC

ill try and take beeter pics and yes its a 94 hatchback about the motor idk wat year it is i just got the car like 3 months ago and everything was like that it was a trade so i missed upp now those plugs where do they plug in to? like wats it by so maybe my dad and i get plug them in thanks every1 for ur help

From what I can see one plug is definately plugged in, one definately isn't, and I can't tell about the other 2. (the one that I can see that definately isn't plugged in will never be plugged in, the matching plug doesn't exist on the civic.)
