If you truly have the OBD1 94-95 Del Sol VTEC B16A3, then you can simply use the engine harness from the Del Sol OR use your stock 1992 Civic Si engine harness.
Everything will plug in from your engine harness onto the B16A3.
If you run a re-chipped P28 ECU (which you should already have in your 1992 Si HB) then you will have ZERO wiring to run at all!
Contact Kenji Plennert at kenji211@tampabay.rr.com - he does awesome P28 rechips. I run his ECU on my B18C% engine and it dynoed great. My friend with a Kenji ECU on his B16A dynoed 152whp with inly other mods being open stock airbox, DC 2 piece 4-2-1 header, and 5Zigen exhaust.
If you chose to run the P30 Del Sol VTEC ECU then you'll only need to run one wire for the knock sensor.
I'll be back with a picture...
