Wiper control arm problem

Wiper control arm problem
it doesn't work when i change between speeds, it only works at the highest speed, it works if i keep holding it up, but when i leave it it stops working, how can i fix it?

Check your fuses. If that isn't the culprit then just replace the entire switch. I had the same problem in my eh3. I just replaced the switch and haven't had a problem since.

I would assume that it would. As long as you use a switch for your application, i.e. hatch switch for a hatch and vice versa. I am not 100% sure though. Wait for someone else to chime in so that you don't waste any money.

Sounds like the switch to me.
The only differences I know between 6th gen wiper switches is there is the normal one, and then there is the one for DX hatches, which have a rear wiper too. The DX hatch one is different since it has the controls for the rear wiper too.
Overseas some sedans and some hatches have rear wipers. I imagine those all use the same switch.
So just get the correct switch.

Hey, I don't know everything.
I actually read the thread a few hours before and thought I didn't have anything to contribute, but I re-read it and remembered that part about the switches.
