Winter season brings car problems. Need Help
Well I WAS getting excited about Christmas getting here. As soon as the winter season is upon us the wife's 96 Civic Ex goes ka-put. First off the automatic window on the driver's side keeps coming out of the front track. I have had to take that door apart I don't know how many times in the past two weeks and I am getting a little frustrated. Does anyone know what I can do to make the window stay in the track.
Secondly she started the civic this morning and got nothing from the clutch. The car will start fine, but there is no clutch until the last inch or so when depressing the pedal. I am about to go check the clutch fluid level to see if it is low. Anybody got any other suggestions? If it leads to me having to get a new clutch can somebody let me know which parts I am going to have to get. I plan on putting a new factory clutch on it if it requires a new clutch.
Thanks in advance.

Oh man, I hope its just the fluid. Would hate to have to drop a tranny this time of year in Cincinnati.
As far as the window goes, this happened in my 97 HX. I got it fixed under warranty, which consisted of replacing the track. 2 years later it's happening again (on both the driver and passenger side). I don't plan on fixing it anymore, as I know it'll just happen again.

Check clutch fluid and bleed the clutch hydraulic system to see if that helps. Perhaps the fluid is comtaminated and needs flushed.

Well it turns out that the fluid was low. So after I went to the Honda dealer to get some fluid I filled the reservoir to just below the max line. When I did this I noticed a bunch of debris float up to the top. I got in the car and pumped the clutch some and it got most of the compresson back but I still didn't like the fact that the fluid had some debris in it, so I had the clutch master cylinder flushed and now it works perfect.
Now I still have that window to deal with. Anybody got some more ideas about the window?

from what I heard the track just bends/warps over time.. you might be able to line everything back up, but you might need a new track.
