Default winshield wiper marks

i checked and came up empty, but how can i remove scuff marks on my windshield that were left by my busted wiper ?

I would try searching in the GDD forum for a thread on scratched cds. That would be the only thing I would think would be the same. Although I doubt it would work that good. If it's covered under your insurance you might be able to get a new one. I know my insurance covers glass with no deductable. Good luck.

what kind of scuff marks are we talking about... explain a little more

i've also heard of people using toothpaste to take off scratches on their windshield but you can also just use any kind of wax or scratch remover for paint it won't hurt anything...

the tip of the wiper made a suff mark going up and down my winshiled in the pattern of the wiper motion.

try that stuff maybee....

but if i were you i would just get some scratch remover compound and just first try hand waxing it out and if that don't work you could try buffing it or getting someone who knows how to buff to try to get it out... those are about your only options besdies getting a new windsheild

thanx for the help,
its a relatively small scuff, not worth paying for a whole new window, but anoying enough to wanna do something about it.
