I'll try this again,
This may seem like a strange question, but does everything work fine when the headlights are on?
If it does it is not your motor, fuse, balah blah blah, it is a disconnection in your wiring.

i really dont think its a problem ... i remember my dads 92 Accord ...brand new did the same thing ... i thik that just how its designed ...
do the wipers work at all ?
or maybe you can combine the two at the same time .. pull down and twardts you at the same time and maybe the spray and the wipers will go at the same time ...
but anyways i that how the wipers and spray were ment to opperate ...

Re: (florida)
why would you associate the headlights with the wiper speeds or motor? they work off of 2 different stalks, and even if they did work on the same one you cant cancel out the motor if everything else works fine.. bad information to you sir

Maybe on your EG. But on an EK, they are connected. The service manual (Haynes) say to check the wiring connections if the problem stated at the beginning of this thread occurs.
You should try being nicer to people.
