On my 98 Civic, when you spray the fluid, the wipers come on automatically. Why, do yours not come on automatically or something?

Hmm, first thing I would check would be the fuses. Then the connections around the wiper control "arm", as well as the wiring. Something may have came loose.
Do the wipers at least come on when you manually turn them on? If not, maybe it's the wiper motor itself gone bad.

****, I just noticed your car is a 94. It's possible that your generation civic doesn't have that option, going on what the two above me are saying.
