I need to buy two new parts for my windshield wipers. The part that I need is the piece that connects to the end of the wiper arm and it also is the piece that you slide the wiper blade into. I need one for each arm...can someone tell me which part that is on this diagram? I can't seem to figure out which one it is.

Sounds to me like you are talking about the actual arms...15 and 16.

Id say hit the junkyard, and pick some the whole wiper, both of them for about 5 bucks a pair, and paint them flat black if need be for another whopping 2.99.
