The dealer would be a good choice, but any service shop would do. You may need a new window regulator from the sound of it.

Re: windowfell off track (vtecpower1062)
most of the time the window falling out of the track is because you close your doors while they are not fully rolled up.
Sometimes it happens in the cold...I have no idea what is up with Honda's doors.
To fix this all you have to do is take off the door panel and undo two bolt that are holding the window to the reg.
Just adjust it back into place and make sure its fully inside the rails.
Its a pretty easy job only 30 per door at the most.

I just replaced the regulator in my driver door. Someone tried to pry down my window and it stripped the top tooth on the regulator. I was actually surprised at how easy it is. I think the biggest pain is getting the window back into the track when you are re-assembling it. But even that isn't to bad.

do it yourself to save you $$$. I have seen the cable wires off the window regulator snap before. You will have to replace the whole regulator

definatley, do it yourself, its not hard at all. infact, ive done it myself a few times. all you have to do is take off the door panel. dont be skurd to pull on those snaps. start at the back of the door and move down. but first take out any screws around the speaker, if you have one, and others in there somewhere. then loosen the the bolt that is near the front, this is connected to the track, stick your arm in there and work the window back in, but first, put some silicone lubricant in the track. thanks to ricey for that tip. theres nothing to it, and it will save you a bunch. a good learning expeirence

Re: (snuggles)
Pull off the door panel and set it back on the tracks. Lube up the tracks with some silicone lube. Mine used to fall of pretty regularly, but I lube it about once a year and its great!

**** my civic used to do that every single time i'd roll down my driver's window all the way down during the winter. i had to put the window back in the track probably around 10 times; i've gotten it to where i can take off the door panel, take the glass out, and reassemble everything in pitch darkness, in about 20 minutes . my track is completely fucked, no idea why either. it only did that during the cold though, with summer here im too lazy to take the time to put in a new track
