im pretty sure the energy suspension sell s a set of those i have only seen a few people with them but i know they make them. they just press out and then back in.

You don't want to use poly on the trailing arm bushing. It's fine for the LCA and other suspension bushings, but poly is too stiff for the trailing arm. The poly can cause suspension bind and bump steer because it won't allow the full range of movement it's designed for.
