wind shield seal prob, will i rust?

wind shield seal prob, will i rust?
Hey guys i just found that on the upper right and upper left on each side of the vertical weather striping is allowing water in. I can take pics tonight, I dont think it is leaking into the car but my main concern is rust. Is the seal around the windshield something a I could do or would that be something for honda/windsheild shop to do?
anyone know where i can purchase a new one?
