They were on a 91 BMW 3 series.

i almost think so.. if there 4x100.. my friend had a jetta with bmw rims.. got them for like 100 bucks ro something.. they fit on my other friends civic.. not sure if all 4 lug BMWs are 4x100.. but if they are.. they should fit

Well I couldn't find the bolt pattern for a 91 BMW 3 series, If I did I wouldn't have asked.

Question, if they would fit, how much should I offer the guy for them without tires? I would still have to take them to a wheel shop and get them fixed up.

Thats all that matters, **** what everyone else says as long as you like them thats all that matters.

As for price i would probably go with 40-50 bucks. If the guy really doesnt care offer 20 and see where that gets you.

am i the only one that noticed that horrible bend in the bottom pic? if you can get them polished and have the turbo and other wording that is on them shaved, then cool rock them. just dont tell anyone that they are bmw wheels

yes those fit your honda.
those arent oem bmw wheels there are ronal turbo wheels for ralley cars back in the day. worth a bit of money to the right people, buy em, clean ema, and keep em or sell em for some profit.
