will these LCAs fit?

Not sure. Check ebay. I found some for my brothers 88 civic, both for $40.00 shipped. I broke both of my bolts on my 95 and it took a little over 3 hours of nothing but drilling 2 freakin bolts, with SNAP ON carbon thunderbolt bits brand new (the best drill bits ever made). I wanted to give up. Then 2 weeks later my brother and I were going to put kyb's and tein springs on his civic and I broke the first bolt. I got this amazing terrible sick feeling in my stomach and stared at it for about 2 minutes straight. I was not drilling again.

You are not going to get them out. They are basically naturally welded in. You will need to drill them. Go ahead and make a snack and grab a 6 pack. Dont try the torch thing either. It just melts the rubber bushings.

No. Plain and simple they are shorter than your ek lca's.
Will they fit? maybe
Will your suspension geometry be correct? No
Good luck getting your project done.
