Will the stock exhaust from an EK hatch fit a 94 hatch .
will it need a lot of modification?
is the axle back a direct fit or would it need to be modded as well?

Yes it will fit, but you'll have to make some adjustments. You can make anything fit your car with a little imagination and a welder!
It should prolly be a pretty close fit. The cars are about the same length (the EK may be a little longer), but you can prolly improvise along the way.
