Default Will OBD2B engine harness work with a d16z6? HELP

Yes, I did search and did not come up with an answer. I have a d16z6 engine and need it to run off of a obd2b engine harness with the p2p ecu. Is this possible? If not what codes will i throw. Can i just get a coversion harness and run a p28? I need to know what all is involved.

Thanks

i dont think you can use an obd2 harness on an obd1 motor, you need an odb2b to obd1 conversion harness, then it should be just plug and play
