will obd2 injectors fit obd1 harness?

Default will obd2 injectors fit obd1 harness?

hi, was just wondering if obd2 injectors would fit the obd1 harness.

directly? no the plugs don't quite work.

removing the white retaining clip inside the plug has been said to make them work, but I've never tried it.

if i remove the white retaining clip insde the plug, won't it be lose when it plugs into the injectors?

the white plug is a saftey on the latching mech in the plug. the wires will stay in place but may slip out of place if it's not plugged in and you're hard on the plug.
to do it right you'd need to splice in a set of OBD2 plugs.

i guess i'll just get obd1 plugs.
