will my car run with these codes?
well finally got my p28, hooked up and my car ran for a few seconds then sounded like it siezed, i crank it over and nothing, just crank and cranks, ripped the oil pan off and crank it and everything looked fine. car has spark, there is fuel in the fuel rail. brand new gas.
throwing codes 21 (VTEC spool) and code 10 (IAT)
my car was a dx so i dont have vtec wired yet. as for the IAT its plugged in.
any input as where to go from here?

I believe if you switch the iat and something else you'll blow a transistor in the ecu and get code 10 always, so mehbe that's that. But anyway, the car could still run with a p28, not well, but it ought to.

Re: (delslowly93)
fuel pump comes on, pressure in the rail, new gas.
i guess all that is left is to check the compression.
i primed it all with oil (cams, etc.) before i first started it... it ran a little then stalled now when it turns over it sounds different. I took the oil pan off and inspected everything, it all looks good. anyone have a picture of what the firing order is?
