Will this manual tranny work
I have 94 civic DX auto, and I'm going to swap out to a manual.
Now a lot of the junkyards in my area have older model civics like 89-93 I was wondering what year civics(parts) can be swapped into my 94 civic? I have a haynes manual and it shows 92-95 civics in the manual. Since they include these years in the manual does it mean that the parts are swappable?
P.S. i've tried searching the internet, this forum(well except this posting), and even outside books for this info and can't find it.
Thanks in advance if you got "any" info on this.

Re: Will this manual tranny work (jok)
88-91 Civics are diffferent than 92-95 Civics. So the years 89-93 covers two generations of Civics. The parts from a 92 and 93 Civic will work.
