Will KYB AGX shocks from 00 Civic fit 95?
Hey guys,
Almost every other shock i have ever seen is for 92-00 civic or 94-01 teg, but the KYB AGX's have different part numbers for the 92-95 and 96-00 civic. Does anyone honestly know if these 96-00 civic shocks will fit my 95?

I need to know this too. I'm buying some from this member on this site. He said that you have to shave the LCA bushing and it will fit. Does anybody know if this is true or not????

I have 1996-2000 struts on my 1992 Civic. They are Konis which do not come with spacers like the Tokicos, and the KYB/AGX do NOT have the adapters/spacers either.
As stated above, the fronts fit just perfect, but the backs do NOT fit without modifying the lower control arms on your 1992-1995 Civic.
It's easy enough:
Simply look at the more narrow "fork" on the 1996-2000 rear strut and shave down the lower control arms bushing enough to slide the 1996-2000 strut on.

all you have to do is trim the rear bushings, no mods to the actual control arm are needed. yes, i have done this before and no there are no disadvantages to this set up. it will actually be stiffer due to the wieght difference.
