will koni yellows with ground controls coils outhandle an rsx or tsx?
hey guys .. i'm probably going to buy this set up this summer .. and i hear great things about it.. but ive never had the chance of driving it
my mom has a tsx and that handles pretty well .. the new si handles beautifly also .. i was just wondering if the konis and gc combo is comprable to either of these .. or even a stock rsx?
if it isn't .. what is the difference? .. i'm just trying to have an understanding of what my car will feel like when i drive it with this combination .. any input would be greatly appreciated

well with the setup you want its going to handle 10x better but you to have consider the rsx,si, and tsx to always have the upper hand in handling ablities. I mean its like comparing a bone stock rsx-s/si suspension against a M3's suspension. Both are at very different levels.

yea i understand that .. i just wanted to know if the konis and gcs could compete or outperform with the stock tsx, rsx, si ..

i mean if you consider the stock tsx, rsx, and si against your civic i'm guessing a eg/ej or ej8. with the right sway bars and etc a civic will out perform a stock rsx any day.

You need to stop listening to those people.
A swaybar is a fantastic addition to a well-paired shock and spring combination. It stiffens the chassis and links your two wheels so they move as one, drastically reducing roll. It also pumps up your spring rate a bit.
Also, comparing the suspension of the newer generation Honda's to your EJ8 is like apples to oranges. The newer cars have MacPhearson suspension (occasionally, they have double-wishbone front setups), and they function in a completely different way.
You should stop worrying what your car is capable of, and start focusing on what you are capable of.

remember the integra has a double wishbone suspension which also means that it will respond much faster than the rsx, and si's macpherson struts. And you will be able to go alot lower on double wishbone setup. Just make sure you get some stiff spring rates and add an itr rear sway, and you will handle twice as better than a stock rsx type s and the new si.
