Won't fit at all. Different pattern like IDriveAHonda said, but he said not perfectly when he should have said not at all.

what about the other way around from the original question. will a JR supercharger for b18c1 fit on b16?

Again, the bolt pattern on the B18C1, is not the same as the B16/ITR. They're not interchangable.

Re: will a jackson racing supercharger from b16 fit a b18c1 (swpdb16)
Ok I'll try and clear this up. The supercharger mounts to the head using the intake ports. Now on b16a/ls/b18c5 heads they all have the same bolt pattern. However on b18c1 heads due to the gsr's having an intake manifold w/ secondary butterflies the bolt pattern was redesigned to accomodate this different manifold. Hence the b18c1 head has a different bolt pattern then other b-series heads. Now since the supercharger mounts to the head of the engine, compatibality is dependent on the supercharger being designed for use on that head, regardless of what engine block you are running. So yes you can use the 99-00si supercharger on your setup.

LS/CRV heads have slightly different bolt pattern and water outlet location, and is not compatible with B16A/B18C5 without modification.

could a GSR supercharger fit a b16a2 if one would redrill the JR manifold? would this be possible/easy to do?

honestly depending if there is enough material to redrill and tap technically it could work. but i wouldnt do it. and i doubt it would be easy to do

Re: will a jackson racing supercharger from b16 fit a b18c1 (VTECschmetec)
i read that only the upper bolts of the manifold have a different pattern. maybe redrilling only the upper pattern wouldn't be such a problem.

Re: will a jackson racing supercharger from b16 fit a b18c1 (LiL Jon)
now i found a RH turbo manifold that fits both heads...
look at the upper bolts:
i'm confident now i could modify the GSR manifold to fit my B16 head.
however, i'm worried about other things that wouldn't fit together...
...here is what they say on the RH page:
"This new intake manifold is designed for the Honda/Acura B16/GSR/Type R heads. The unique bolt pattern and coolant passage is designed to fit both bolt patterns of the head."
what is the coolant passage?
i'm concerned that more things are different than just the bolt pattern... when i looked at the GSR and the SI manifolds on the net i figured out thet the SI manifolds have something bolted on on the top left corner while the GSR manifolds don't have anything there.
why didn't jacksonracing produce an universal manifold for both heads or why did honda make the heads different in the first place, anyway?!
