Or will the stock ones be better for HID's. I plan on getting HID's and I already have projector headlights. Do I need to put on my stock headlights in order for the HID's to work. If they work on both, can anyone give me opinions on which set of headlights to use? Thanx

Do they suck for driving at night? I dont really hear good things about them.

I think the beam that emmits from them is more focused because the housing is not as big as the stock headlights. Of course, I use Arctic white bulbs on them, I think I have Nokya's H4 on them. I personally like them over the stock headlights and they definitely look nicer from the outside.

Yes they will work with projector lights... Just make sure that the kit you're getting brings the appropriate bulb with them. H3 is my projector bulb size, they look great but only focus foward which is a reason why I don't like them over my factory lights. Granted with the HID's you will emit more light, but again it's going to be a focused beam instead of a wider beam that the factory housing projects.

True true. I'll probably sell my projectors and put the money towards some phillips hid kit and use it on my stock headlights.

i have HID's on my 97 civic headlight housing.. good lord are they bright at night. who needs the moon at night.

ive got hid's in my ek also....i'll never go back to stock lights...who cares if i dont have brights...i dont need em...also...do a search in the itr section..theres a post somewhere about how there are 2 diffrent types of bulbs for hids..one for yer standard headlight..and one for projectors....newspeedR made his regular hid's work for projectors somehow....now they shine brighter than my hids....
