Will GSR axles work in my 93 civic ex??

Only if you have a B-Series 
If ya still got the D, then no they wont. B-Series axles are equal length and use an intermediate shaft to make up the gap on the drivers side, whereas the d-series use one short and one long axle without the intermediate shaft.
