Leave the shift forks alone. You don't need to change them...the other guy was just pointing out how they're different.
The whole thing is a bolt on, no worries affair. Just throw it in there and it will bolt itself in. It's that easy.
I think the gear ratios are actually different, though. IIRC, the Z6 trans from the 92-95 Si had lower gearing overall. The trans from the EXes should be all the same, though. I'm almost positive...but correct me if I'm wrong.

Its probably a jdm D15b lsd transmission.
I tried looking for one for a year, never came up the moment i went B series found 2 .
Honda never released a lsd transmissoin from 96-00 for d series .Or so said a freind that works at honda and looked it up for me.

It says that it has a OBX LSD installed into it. It's an aftermarket LSD. They never came factory with LSDs.
BTW, unless that guy really knew what he was doing, that trans might malfunction later. I know that it's pretty straight forward to dissassemble/reassemble a trans with a good manual...but still. There are a lot of things that could have been screwed up. Sucks that you can't test drive the car to make sure the trans works.

yes any d series tranny will go on a d series motor. it will be straight bolt on. only thing you might have to change is the speed sensor. but i could be wrong
