Will D16a6 internals fit in a D16y8 block?
My A6 block cracked and I got a d16y8 block. Will my internals such as pistons/rods ect fit in the block?? Also will the A6 head be fine on the Y8 block?

The pistons WILL definitely fit. People run D16A pistons in Z6 and Y8 blocks to gain higher compression. I believe the crank will fit, since to the best of my knowledge, all D16 cranks are the same dimensions. The oil pump will definitely fit, since it's actually been suggested to run a Z6 or D16A oil pump to prevent the notorious issue of spinning bearings that the Y8 is known for due to it's weak oiling system.
The head will also fit, though if you've ever considered adding VTEC, now would be the perfect time.
