Default will the cpillar bar fit in my si?

i was wondering if the cpillar bar would fit between the two front seatbelt bolts? Has anyone installed their's there instead of the back because there aren't any bolts for the rear seat belts in the 99 si

Dude how will it fit there? Where is your head gonna go? Seems dangerous.... And No I think that gap is wider there then in the rear.
