umm let me refrase that didnt make sense. just wondering if i got a muffler off of a civic coupe will i be able to bolt it right onto my 95 civic hatchback without any modifications? or will it be a little too long?

no it will not "bolt straight up" take it to a muffler shop. Should be cheap less than $50 to get it cut and welded

if muffler=stock axleback, then....
YES, a 92-95 ex coupe muffler BOLTED straight up to my 96 hatch just fine. be sure to cut a few inches off the tip though. my friend BOLTED up a 99SI muffler to
his 92 hatch. he also cut the tip down. go for it man
it appeared that the only difference between civic mufflers was the tip length. (coupe vs hatch)
