Front strut bar. 92-95 civic and 94-01 integra.
And you don't have a C-pillar. You have a targa-top roaster.

I'm not sure about the rear strut bar, but yes, the lower tie bars will fit. They're worthless, but they fit.

It's not a glass top, it's a... um... replacement polycarbonate targa top. I think. It's a hard translucent plastic... poly-something...
They were/are made by Ameripol, and available in Bronze & Blue. The Bronze looks more black when viewed from the outside. And I paid way less than $800 for mine, but I got in on a monster group buy 7+ years ago.
In fact, if you want to order a new top from Ameripol these days, you'll have to put together a group buy - they normally don't have these lying around gathering dust in their warehouse, so the price for making just a single unit would be outrageous. (labor + retooling + raw material + machinery operating costs) / (number of units) = (cost of good)
Ameripol's website went offline a while ago, but up until recently they were still answering the phone at (800) 722-8480. Remember though, if you want just one the price is going to be outrageous, so please don't waste their time. They're a small company, and custom Del Sol parts isn't a growth business.
If you don't want a new one, they do show up on eBay quite regularly. Search for del sol targa, del sol top, ameripol top, ameripol targa, etc. - there's usually one up there, just gotta find out what magic words the schmoe listed it under.
