so im in the process of ordering an xtd stage 3 clutch for my lsvtec...the clutch indicates for 94 and up integra trannies such as ls, gsr, or type r... but i was just wondering if the clutch will work with a b16 tranny also...i currently have a gsr tranny but am going to get a b16 later on and dont want to buy another clutch for it....let me kno thanks

It will work, isn't xtd one of the ebay brand clutches? Spend the cash and get a better clutch IMO

ya it is the ebay brand...but iv actually heard alot of good things about it also...two of my friends actually have em on there b16 motors for about a year now and havent had any problems with em...the only thing i could say about it is that it grabs real hard....

the pilot bearings are diff. the pilot bearing for a gsr is bigger in the shaft hole than others....ask me how i know...after Fing with it for 2 days trany wouldnt fit on

As stated it will work.

When I first did my swap I put in a buddies used B16A Clutch with my B18B1/GSR Tranny combo and it worked fine until 3 out of the 4 spring holder flappy thingies broke off letting the clutch springs rub my flywheel bolts...I have since pulled it back out and put in a Stage 2 clutch.

i kno that cable gsr and cable b16s dont work well with the same clutch...but im talking bout hydro trannys....
