It depends on what kind of supercharger kit you are talking about. Jackson Racing and Vortech are two different animals.
As far as the JR supercharger, no, it won't fit without some modification. That mod being the replacement of the basic manifold from b16 to b18a/b. You can buy the manifold for like, $350 from JR I think.
The Vortech will fit fine I believe. As far as I know, it's like a turbo kit. It feeds into the intake manifold which would be in the same location as the b16.
I'd do a little more research on the Vortech as I'm not 100% sure..
