Default will a b series clutch fit a d series?

will a b series clutch fit a d series? my friend says it will, but i need to be sure. the reason i'm asking is because my friend has a clutch off a b series that is still pretty new, and my clutch is erased. i'm going to that clutch off of him if i can use it on my car.

noooooooooo noooooooooo nooooooooo nooooo noooo. you would start screwing up you car doing that. i've known someone who did that. 4 day's after install. the clutch was completly gone. even big holes.

just curious, what is the difference? are the clutches just a different size, or is how the clutch built different or something?

Exactly what I was thinking. It shouldn't have fit at all.
