i just did this swap. except mine is a 98 coupe. the passenger mount is good. the drivers side he's gonna need to get a new one for the swap. and the one on the back he's gonna need a mount from a 99 00 si.

no. driver side wont fit.
just get all new mounts while your at it.
once you get that, its pretty much plug and play

You only need torque mounts for a B series, the cast iron bracket that bolts to the block on the driver side from a 99-00 Civic Si, and the rear T bracket from a 99-00 Si. Once you have that, it's smooth sailing. Everything else is re used and bolts right up mount wise.

i have a 96 dx coupe with a b16 swap did it a year ago. i used all of my mounts. the rear mount you can use. it is the rear engine bracket that the mount slips into is what you need off of a 99-00 si my swap came with it still on the engine. i even used the jdm harness just turned it upside down. plug and play extend as needed. you will also need both upper and lower radiator hoses. also a more free flowing radiator bec. the single core just wont do it. i got a dual core off ebay for like 75$. you will also need both axles for the b-series. if you are buying you swap used i would also recommend changing the clutch, timing belt, and water pump. nothing like getting a swap done only to find out that your clutch is bad. thats about all i can remember from my swap hope i could help.btw make sure you take that tps sensor off before you put in that swap bec they are know to hit the firewall and bust all to hell i found out the hard way
