will a auto cluster work in a 5 speed?
a friend of mine gave me a auto cluster for my ek. im wondering if i use it, will it mess up anything?

I have a auto cluster in my standard and I am not sure if it is a crv cluster or jdm made. The auto pattern follows this and I have no clue what "E" and "S" stand for. Can someone help me out? It reads this;

And the clusters speedo only goes to 180 km and does not have miles on it like a canadian one usually does.
