Will 98 civic sedan body kit fit on a 98 coupe?
I found a body kit, and it was on a 1998 civic sedan 4 door, and i know the front bumper will fit, and im pretty sure that the rear will as well, but will the side skirts fit? please let me know, that would be great. the coupe, is the same year also. thanks!

I have an idea -- don't put on the body kit! Unless it's a high quality body kit that isn't prone to breakage/cracking, stay far away...

To answer your question: Yes, it will fit. The sideskirts may be a tiny bit short.
I use the word 'fit' lightly, as the fit of a body kit is only as good as it's manufacturing standards. Most of the time, they're both pretty shitty.

Front and rear are exactly the same. '96-'98 coupe, hatch and sedan front bumpers all are interchangeable. The '96-'00 coupe and sedan rear bumpers are all interchangeable (the '96-'98 bumper is different than the '99-'00 bumper, but they are still fully interchangeable).
The sideskirts are the only difference. I've heard coupe/hatch and sedan skirts are the same other than the coupe/hatch ones, if put on a sedan will show a gap when the rear door is open. This means sedan ones might need to be trimmed on the inside rear in order to clear the underbody of the coupe/hatch, but I'm not 100% sure.
Be warned that many body kits can and will shatter or crack easily. They might also warp or be warped when you get them. Some require a professional to fit them onto the car because not knowing how to could end up damaging the body kit. Often even with professional fitting, they will not fit correctly.

no body kits will make you lose 100hp
i saw it on need 4 speed
lol but on a serious note the sedan has a longer sideskirt than the coupes and hatches

All 1996 to 2000 Civics (coupes, hatches and sedans) have the same exact wheelbase (103.1 inches). So I don't understand why any sideskirt would be longer or shorter.
