No, because 96 is 6th gen and eg8 is 5th gen, so they're different platforms.

haha thats what i thought because i was looking at some of the buddy club kits and they say they fit eg coupe sedan and the 96 to 99 coupes, same with the spoon n1 axle backs. so i thin i have my answer just finding a oem system will be hard.
