not without any modification. if you take it to your local muffler shop they should be able to make it fit for you. its not a bolt on affair

stock one fit perfect no need to go to shop but for aftermarket yes to but might need little tlc

couldnt tell you off the top of my head, but a little bit of all 3. just take it to the shop and have it done. or test fit it in your garage. only 100% way to know for sure.
