im thinking yes, the seats may not but i believe that the seatbelts should work.

Yes it will... i have done it... i put in my eg seats into my 96 Ek and had my 94 gsr seats in the ek also.... you just have to do some slight mods to the rails to make them bolt up... i just hammered the bolting area down to get as close as possible to make it fit.. but i couldnt bolt in the right side front bolting area of the drivers side... and the left side front of the passengers side... so i just had three bolts holding the seat in place... its sturdy enough for me.... hope that helped
