d15b what? the jdm vtec one? it should work...the jdm d15b is basically a d15 block with a d15z6 head
the USDM d15b's and d16z6's have different distributors

The Z6 and B7 are NOT the same. Not even close. Non-vtec and VTEC heads have different bolt patterns.
The DX/CX are the same the VX/Si/EX are the same. The D15b (the JDM sohc vtec motor) is the same as a VX/Si/EX so it will not fit.
