Will 2002 accord wheels fit my 1999 civic?
Got a lady that has brand new mounted SNOW tires on a set of 4 lug 2002 Honda accord wheels....my 99 civic is also 4 lug......2002 are195 70 14
mine are185 70 14.....
would really be a score there SNOW tires 150 brand new

No, they aren't going to fit unless they are the "universal" type of wheel that has the 8 lug nut locations. The 2002 Accord bolt pattern is 4x114.3, and your cars are 4x100. Meaning the holes are going to be just barely too far apart to line up on your Civic.
