will a 2000 Civic SI AirConditiong system bolt rite into a 96 civic DX Hatch?
i just wanted to know..my EK didnt come with no AC. im about to take my friends AC out of his Em1 n was wondering if everything will bolt onto my dx with stock sohc motor? and i dont have an AC button. can u just push with my fingers or get a button? lol. please help. cause i dont know **** when it comes to AC! thanks

you will need a d series compressor, prolly d series L bracket to hold ac, redo the lines to the compressor, get the whole dryer and what not crap from the SI. It's alot of work. hondaautomotiveparts.com has a cheap ac conversion kit as far as I remember.

you'll also need the climate controls from a 96-98 civic that had a/c, you can't just add the button to your original one.

They pretty well covered it. But if you plan on installing a b series swap in the future then you need the suction hose from the EM-1.
