the only reason im putting 13" ( if they fit) is for winter.

I can't tell if its canadian or not( it is on its way from ontario) all i know its a 98 lx.

Canadian LX they'll fit US LX I believe uses the large style front brakes and they wont.

A hatchback is not a sedan, all hatchbacks have small front brakes, some sedans don't

true 94eg8 my buddy had a silver 96-98 sedan with power windows and what not.Front sway bar bla bla bla...He tried using the calipers off it on his lx with no chance in hell.The spindes that hold the wheel bearings were different as well.It was not vtec,no sunroof either just huge brakes and different spindles.It was an auto.

sounds like he was trying to use EX calipers on his LX.

i have an american 99 dx and have 13's on right now if that helps at all

I think the only models that cannot accept 13"s are the EX and HX models which have the larger EX/SI front brakes. I'm pretty sure the LX model has the smaller front brakes, but I can't confirm that.

they will fit unless you have sumthing bigger such as BBK or ITR/crv brakes

Yes 13" fit On the front of a 98 civic

Someone should seriously make a chart because i didnt have a jack clue if it would fit. thank god for a free 13" tire :p
