Will '05 Civic EX wheels and tires fit on a '99 Civic EX?

Will '05 Civic EX wheels and tires fit on a '99 Civic EX?

The '05 has alloys with 195/"60"R15's mounted on them. Our '99 EX sedan came with 185/65R14's. Tirerack says 195/"55"R15 is the DIRECT replacment. But with the 195/"60R15's will it rub?
