Yes it will, but it's gonna look funny because on the bottom of the **** there's some clips sticking out.

i have a RSX type S *** in my 95 hatch. my *** has the clips to. i just stuck them in my boot and it holds the boot up
so if he puts it in right those clips should not show. just my $.02
