WIERD NOISE WHEN IN REVERSE
Ok I have a 00 Civic EX auto and recently when i am in reverse and going back i will hear a high pitched noise, but when i move forward it goes away. Sometimes though randomly I will hear a squealing when moving in drive, but every time i hit the brakes it goes away. I was maybe thinking it was my brake pad indicators. Any suggestions? Thank you.

it is the shims on your brake pads, that is why when ever you go to your local parts store, they ask you if you want the high temp. grease. basically you put it on the shims (backing plates) of your brake pads, then you put them on your sliding caliper pins. (ALL YOUR MOVING PARTS). DO IT NEXT TIME!! and this will not happen
or your brakes are just bad...haha
