wierd front brake noise

wierd front brake noise
When I drive slow or slow down I can hear a click sound comin from the front disk brakes, and I can feel them "turning" really bad when I brake. The disk seems unscratched totally. So do you it could just be the pads or something wrong with the calipers or pistons???
Im probably gonna take in it to midas and see what they say if It doesnt cost me an arm and a leg, but in the mean time what do you guys think it might be???

my neigbor replaced his for about a hundred bucks with rebuild s..but u can also get them done at the dealership install d for less than $200
