wideband o2 ?
ok i understand the difference in a wide band o2 sensor and a normal one but my ? is : is there any way to buy a wide band sensor and hook it up to one of those afr gauges i understand that the voltage output would be different but is there something i can buy to convert the signal the same way the aem wideband unit does for its output i plan to buy a unit with the data logging in the near future but i cant right now and there is no dyno anywhere near me but i just wanna check things out as far as how my motors running - thanks

You might want to look into diy kits out on the internet if you're electronically inclined. But to answer your question, it would be no since the voltages and parameters are a lot different.
More and more wideband companies are starting to utilize the Bosch wideband units vs. the NGK/NTK units bring the overall cost down($60 vs $200+)

well if i buy a unit id like something with data logging (that i can review without a laptop) and a display i can mount inside the car that will look good
