Default why wont this fit on my s4c trans?

on this bracket the bottom 2 bolts wont line up with the ones on my 2000 civic si trans but its the only bracket i could find that will fit onto the motor mount i have (the one on the rear cross member)

this is the bracket i have that will fit right onto the transmission again a 2000 civic si trans but wont fit on the motor mount that i have

you can see how the pic on top sets the mount off to the left and this one sets it off to the right

i need the bracket that will fit on the tranny and set the mount off to the left like the t-braceket in the top pic does that does not fit my motor

any sugestions

btw all im trying to do is put an ls in a EG and this rear mount is really being a pain in the ***

The 2000 civic si rear mount won't work in a b-series to eg swap. (you know that now). you need the rear mount from a 94-95 del sol vtec. maybe some other mounts will work too but the only one I know is that one ^. I did a JDM 2nd gen b16 swap in my 98 lx and I had to use a 00 si rear mount because the one that came with the motor did not fit. I still have that rear mount. if you want i'll sell it too you. the rear mount i have is off my JDM 2nd gen OBD1 B16a. It will work for any b-series to eg swap,!!!

My fault. What I was saying is that you need the 94-95 del sol vtec "t-bracket". I've always called it "rear mount". The mount thats on your eg frame stays where it is, then you need the del sol t-bracket and thats it. Like i stated above to put any b-series in a eg you need a 94-95 del sol vtec rear t-bracket or similar. If you have this mount then something else is off alignment.

Thats all you need man (non 99-00 si bracket). Your putting a B-series motor in an eg. you don't need anything special. Its not like putting a b-series in a ef. Do a search here on honda-tech for "ls swap" or "ls in eg", or "b18b in eg", etc, etc. Its gonna be a bitch to install, not easy at all!!!! I helped my buddy put a OBD1 JDM b16a in his 92 civic hatch back. We used the mounts that came with the motor.

here I did a search: It says you can use a 94+ rear mount (the same as del sol vtec)

what bracket did you wind up using...

i cant believe its this hard to find out what t-bracket you need to make an s4c tranny work in an eg... iknow there are tens of thousands of eg's on here with 2000 si swaps i think you guys are just holding out on me
